Cant get a Cbox(at the moment)

Ughh this is so tedious! ive tryed and tryed to get a chatbox, but for some reason whenever i click "add a gadget" and then post the url, it always says " this gadget is broken" or " this url contains illeagal characters" whatever THAT means. so basically, i dont know if ill be able to get a cbox or not... i hope ill be able to get one..... has ne one else had this problem with thier blog?
